Card Payments are now Accepted
To improve our service to all our customers and to make settling your invoices easier, we can now accept card payments over the phone. Using a secure system through Sage Pay you can be assured that all credit / debit card details are kept private and confidential at all times. If you would like to take advantage of this new service then please contact us on 01782 839121 with your card details and invoice number and leave the rest to us!!!
Two Shifts to Cope with Demands
From 1st January 2012 Sydney Heath and Son has increased its factory hours with the setting up of a two shift rota. Following the increase in supply and demand we experienced in 2011 it was decided, to allow us to cope with the increase in orders and also to maintain our highest quality and standards, we needed to increase our factory operating times. The factory is now open: Monday to Thursday: 06.00 - 22.00 Friday: 06.00 - 20.00
Ceramics 2011
Sydney Heath and Son will again be exhibiting at Ceramics 2011 which will be taking place at the Britannia Stadium on 10th November 2011. The event brings together world leading ceramic firms with the aim to usher in a "new era" for business sharing cutting edge knowledge and learning from the experts. It helps to develop a sustainable future for the ceramics industry, creating jobs and wealth. Ceramics 2011 is hoping to build on the success of 2010 which attracted hundreds of exhibitors and vistors to the Potteries. This enabled them to showcase the products and projects which are helping to build a sustainable ceramics industry for the 21st century. The day will have a series of seminars from leading lights in the industry with regular networking breaks to allow visitors to make new relationships and contacts.
