Reticulated Polyether Polyurethane Foam
Polyether Reticulated Foams are entirely open celled and do not contain any closed cells making them ideal for filtering. This is achieved by the thermal reticulation process by which all membranes are melted into the cell ribs.
This range has calibrated cell sizes and an open structure ensuring reproducible filtration characteristics. Based on a ether polyol they remain stable in water and are non toxic to fish, therefore making them ideal for aquarium and biological filtration by micro-organisms.
